Why the month by month approach?

I’m sure you’ve heard, it takes 21 days to form a habit. Fortunately for us, every single month of the year has more than that amount of days. By being intentional (doing a new thing from the list of life goals every month), we can form 12 separate habits that will magnify positive self changes. So, without further ado, here is our list, broken down month by month.

This is your ultimate list of life goals!

January- Begin by clearing your clutter. Every day, focus on keeping your work and living space tidy until it becomes a habit. Then, continue the habit for the rest of the year.

February- Get more rest. As part of our list of life goals, adding more rest will allow you to have a focused mind and less stress.

March- Drink more water because hydration is the key to great health. Keep your reusable water bottle next to you, and sip throughout the day.

April- Get daily exercise. This life goal will definitely take all of your perseverance to keep consistent. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, for 21 days straight,  and you will be able to keep this habit for the remainder of the year.

May- Stop skipping breakfast. Within the first hour of waking up everyday, you should eat a well balanced breakfast.

June- Eat more fruits and veggies. Period.

July- Evaluate your finances. July 1st starts the beginning of the third financial quarter. How are your finances going? Monitor your accounts every day this month since a little overview can do a lot of good.

August- Unplug for an hour each day. This does not include hours when you are sleeping.

September- Also, have meaningful conversations over the phone. It’s so easy to text or email. Instead, make it a life goal to call at least one person a day and have a real discussion.

October- Switch to whole foods. Additionally, cut out anything boxed or highly processed.

November- Laugh everyday. We’re not talking a quiet chuckle here. Watch, do, or read something that will actually have you rolling on the floor with laughter.

December- Make peace. Tell yourself you will sit quietly for 15 minutes a day.

You are going to evolve, every single month!
