SECTION 1: SPONSOR

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Achieva Credit Union (“Sponsor”), located at 1659 Achieva Way, Dunedin FL, 34698. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta).

SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY

1. The Contest is open to legal residents of Florida who are Instagram account holders and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Participants must follow @AchievaCreditUnion on Instagram at the time of winner selection to be eligible to win.
3. Only one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account is permitted during the Contest Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same person or Instagram account will be disqualified.
4. Participants must own or have legal custody/guardianship of the dog(s) featured in the submitted photo or have written permission from the dog’s owner.

SECTION 3: CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.

SECTION 4: HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, participants must complete ALL of the following steps during the Contest Period using a public Instagram account:

1. Follow @AchievaCreditUnion on Instagram. You must have a public account so that we can see the photo posted on your feed.
2. Post an original photo on your public Instagram account in the feed featuring your dog(s) participating in an outdoor summer adventure.
3. Tag @AchievaCreditUnion in the photo post.
4. Include the hashtag #LucysPawsandPlay in the caption.
5. Describe in the caption the summer adventure featured, the location where it was taken, and the approximate date it was taken.
6. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account during the Contest Period.

Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Achieva Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.

SECTION 5: PHOTO REQUIREMENTS & COMPOSITION GUIDELINES

All submitted photos must meet the following requirements. Photos that do not comply will be automatically disqualified.

A. Technical Requirements

• Recommended size: Portrait 1080 x 1350 pixels (4:5 aspect ratio). Standard square (1080 x 1080) is also acceptable. Aim for at least 1080 pixels wide for the sharpest results.
• Photos must be clear, in focus, and well-lit. Blurry, grainy, or heavily over/underexposed photos will not be considered.

B. Composition Guidelines

1. The dog(s) must be the clear subject and focal point of the photo.
2. The background/environment should clearly convey a summer adventure activity (e.g., beach, pool, campsite, nature trail, etc.).
3. Photos should feel candid, joyful, genuine, and capture a real moment.
4. The dog(s) must appear happy, healthy, and safe. Photos depicting animals in distress or unsafe conditions will be immediately disqualified.
5. Human subjects may appear alongside the dog(s), but any featured human must give consent. If a minor appears, parental/guardian consent is required.
6. Watermarks, text overlays, logos, or branding of any kind placed on the photo by the entrant are not permitted.

C. Strictly Prohibited (Grounds for Disqualification)

1. AI-Generated Images: Photos fully or partially generated by any artificial intelligence tool (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) are strictly prohibited.
2. AI-Enhanced/Manipulated Photos: Photos altered or heavily modified using AI generative fill or composite software to add/remove backgrounds, objects, or alter the environment are prohibited.
3. Permitted Adjustments: Basic brightness, contrast, saturation, minor cropping, and subtle standard Instagram filters are allowed.
4. No stock photos, screenshots, or photos taken from the internet. All photos must be original and taken by the entrant.
5. No photos depicting the mistreatment, abuse, endangerment, or neglect of any animal.
6. No photos featuring illegal activity, profanity, violence, or content deemed offensive at the sole discretion of Achieva Credit Union.

SECTION 6: JUDGING CRITERIA

Entries will be judged by Achieva Credit Union’s marketing team and a departmental jury panel based on the following criteria:

Authenticity & joy: Does the photo feel genuine, candid, and heartfelt?	20%
Photo quality & composition: Is the photo clear, well-framed, and visually compelling?	15%
Creativity & originality: Does the photo stand out with a unique perspective or moment?	15%

Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

SECTION 7: PRIZES

1. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $500.00 (USD) awarded as a check or direct deposit to an Achieva account.
2. Community Prize: On behalf of the Grand Prize Winner, Achieva Credit Union will donate $2,500.00 (USD) to the winner’s local county humane society located within the state of Florida.
3. Runner-Up Prizes: Three (3) Runner-Up Winners will each receive a $100.00 (USD) pet store gift card.
4. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except at Achieva Credit Union’s sole discretion.
5. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $3,300.00.

SECTION 8: WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

1. The winners will be announced on or around August 31, 2026.
2. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days of selection. Note: Achieva will never ask for credit card information via social media.
3. Winners must respond to the notification within 72 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
4. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 10 business days of notification.
5. Winners will be announced publicly on Achieva Credit Union’s official social media pages on or around September 4^th, 2026.

SECTION 9: PUBLICITY & PHOTO RIGHTS

1. By entering, participants grant Achieva Credit Union a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and publish their submitted photo across Achieva’s social media channels, website, email communications, and marketing materials, with appropriate credit given to the entrant.
2. Achieva Credit Union will not sell submitted photos to third parties. Entrants retain ownership of their original photos.
3. Participants confirm they are the sole author and owner of the photo and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

SECTION 10: GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Achieva Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt the administration, security, or integrity of the Contest.
2. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook). Participants release Meta from all liability related to this contest.
4. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

SECTION 11: PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for Contest administration purposes and will be handled in accordance with Achieva Credit Union’s official Privacy Policy.
